Bank of America is nothing but a snake pit filled with managers who are more than willing to sc--w over their employees just to get ahead. I've been here for a year and I've had no positive experiences with any managers on any level. But I was screwed over many times and I've had credit taken for the things I did again and again. If you're considering joining this place, consider yourself warned.

Learn how to play the game instead of being bitter and disgruntled. You can be fake, you can brown nose, and you can position yourself to work in a different area easily.

Sorry to break it to you, but managers across the world take credit for their teams' work. That's how hierarchical organizational structures work.
