Let's make it happen the sc-m at the top has coasted long enough on our hardwork. They dont care about us so let's take as much as we can from them!

If you don't want a Union at this point you are a fool. We'll wishes and thanks dont pay the bills. The clown with the fro wanted to let us know how much he appreciated our hard work this last year he sure doesn't show it though. You only have things to gain it won't hurt you in anyway WFM/Amazon doesn't want it because it would give you a better life.

WFM is hurting enough to start hiring candidates that tested red on the hiring assement. Instead of trying to get people with better benefits and wages they will just hire substandard candidates to just get a body in the stores.

Of course leadershit only cares about themselves they dont want a Union because it causes headaches for them. The stores bring the money in not the BS they sling on innerveiw the culture compass response was a joke they completely glossed over everything.

Leadership in the NA does not care. Store Leadership knows there needs to be changes. They’ve all given up. 900 plus jobs won’t be filled ever.

You all have nothing to lose by supporting the idea things are all ready bad and they will only get worse. You can make an OK living but even if you are a high paid hourly employee at store level you would benefit as well. Assuming you make 11% more and 5% went to the union you are still up 6% instead of the pathetic raises WFM is giving these days.

Unions only work when

  1. Workers are motivated for solidarity, not jaded and indifferent
  1. there is something actually worth saving (there isn't).

Save yourself the stress. Update your resume and aim for something better. Life is too short to waste shaving the years off of your life for the employee-grinding machine known as WFM.

There’s nothing more that upper management fears more than a union…that alone should propel you to unionize…if you want to burn it down UNIONIZE…if you want the company to limp on as a shell of its former self…then don’t bother… but if you can slash the throat of this wicked/ evil Corp that u guys constantly complain about non stop …why not try it …just for vengeance sake…”from he-l’s heart i stab at thee, for hates sake I sp-t my last breath at thee…”
You will be legends of u can bring union to Amazon…mind you I know it is a very hard thing to organize…it’s like a beach invasion in war…the first to take it on will be certain fast casualties

the younger TEMPORARY WORKERS who will leave the FIRST CHANCE THEY GET because they dont want to work in this POS INDUSTRY.... will vote union??? no. the only people that vote union are long term employees or people that are looking for a career. no one is looking for a career at WF anymore and kids who will only stick around a few months could care less about a union. Go to the Post office if you want a union and a career

The fact that the company is mostly kids n drifters works in your favor if you want to unionize…the old school hard line lifer team members who remember the good ole days will not unionize…the younger Tm’s will vote pro union….here is the thing…if upper management wants to can u they can do it very quickly at wfm…if you have a union they can’t get rid of you period….you can drive upper management crazy with a union…it’s actually fun…u will see upper management totally melt down

Senior leadership is lost. Regional OP’s team has been a mess for years. Senior HR team is all gone. Senior coordinators have been clueless for many years. Unionizing won’t do anything, quality of workers will get even worse. Pay scales will decrease and the unions will take there dues and literally do nothing. It’s time to just quit. The grass is greener on the other side.
