To those that say this forum is moderated for on topic posts only

There was a complaint post up just a few minutes ago, someone said something about not liking working here. It was a bit of a rant, I guess, and it had two replies.

That is on topic -- its related to working here. Complaining, while sucks, is related to working here.

That post is now gone.

What say you? Also, it'll be funny if this post disappears into the void as well, as this is not quite on topic for working at the bank.

I'll ask an on topic question: Anyone hear anything about the possible mandate? There's a couple posts here about this topic, just wanted to see if there is anything recent. Been a bit of radio silence from above. Personally, I'm concerned about it. Really hope they don't.

I must work for a pr--k of a manager. Upper management is watching if we are coming to the office. My group has been back since Aug. There is no work from home, and I don’t need to be in the office to complete my job.

I have heard from more than 3 people this week saying they no longer have to keep coming into the office and to go back to wfh...not sure how wide spread, but getting the feeling management ok w wfh until they figure out what they are going to do with unvaccinated and not in portal

Maybe if you did a little more work you’d have less time to complain.

You mean the post that was riddled with profanities and insults? You are absolutely right, I have no idea why such a post would be removed. (And yes, I'm being sarcastic since something tells me you need the clarification.)
