If the vaccine efficacy wane after several months, how can those people who have not got the booster shot protect themselves from RTO? Never mind I realize the bank does not care about your health.

If you end up in the ICU please tell the nurse and doctor that you are too smart to have contracted the virus and are declining all medical attention. After all, I'm sure you know the medical field better than they do anyway...

Ignore the scaremongering. I really lack sympathy for anyone who got even the first shot to keep their job. THose are people who didn't have important jobs in the first place. They should have left immediately, but they were probably in debt up to the ears.
Not my fault. Smarter people didnt take any shots. And we're still working from home. Technically, I am working at my neighborhood pub right now, enjoying a Guinness. No mask, no tests, no shots.

In case you aren’t paying attention….the leaders in the industry, MS, GS, JPMC, are only allowing vaccinated employees and clients into office.
There is no way BoA allows unvaccinated back to office and here’s why….mass exodus of vaccinated will go to other companies that only allow vaccinated employees in office.
This is about safety and health. The vaccinated are not going to risk their health because some people don’t want to get the vaccine.

I think this is going to end badly. Most people got the two jabs to keep their jobs. If you require booster shots, people are going to lose it. Especially since you can still catch covid even if you are vaccinated.
And if you are unvaccinated, forget about ever returning to the office. You think we’ve come this far in this mess to just allow unvaccinated people back into the office/society? Open your eyes. RTO is for vaccinated. Same with just about everything else….you’re gonna need to be vaccinated to be a part of society.

I second the comment about not being told upfront about waning efficacy after 6 months. I had my 2nd vaccine in April and I’m not in the bank’s portal. I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning in Jan/Feb given it would be 9 months since I was vaccinated. I’m not intent on getting semi annual boosters just because BofA feels like I need spontaneous water cooler conversations to do my job.
I figure I got 6 months until they badger me to get a booster….I’m selling everything right now and heading to the mountains. No more jabs for me. Two is enough of this insanity.

I am NOT signing up for a vaccine subscription, I dont care. And I dont think many people are wanting jab subscriptions either, so if the jabs are good for six months then they are USELESS.
They didnt test them enough, there is NO EXCUSE for not telling people that efficacy wanes.
Protect yourself by just looking at the statistics for your age and health group to see if youre at risk at all. I'm not and in general I regret taking this stupid vax. I was lied to.
