Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

Had anyone successfully gotten a medical accommodation on RTO?

For legitimate immunocompromised reasons? What can I expect?

Organ transplant...accommodation in place for many years due to a real medical issue.

They called my doctor and questioned my autoimmune deficiency diagnosis. I'm still waiting for their decision. It's insanity.

Thank you for answering. Much appreciated. How long is your approval for? Is it true they only do 30 days at a time? Even for chronic immune issues? Also we’re you able to stay remote until the decision? Anything I need to know about the process?

Not worth it. It's not done in good faith at the bank.

no it's difficult to get. they require like a 4 page form and mgrs and exec approval. not as easy as it was before and have to renew every year.

dont bother, get a new job honestly!
