So what's gonna happen after 11/1? For those who're fully vaccinated, they will probably get their 30-day notice. What about those who're partially or not vaccinated? They said it's required to disclose but didn't say, at least not yet, it's required to be vaccinated.

I'm taken the vax a long time ago and I’m actually almost ready for my booster. I will not lie and I'll fill out the form honestly. I know my days are numbered but the health risks for me and my wife are too great for me to return the office and bring Covid-19 home. When I get turned down for an accommodation I will email my resignation letter on my report back date sent to BM, SB, my manager, my second level manager and department head. They will not like what I say but they will not care. Since they don’t care now. I learned a long time ago life will go on there will always be another job. “The hardest thing in life is to know which bridges to cross and which to burn.” It’s an anonymous quote so I don’t know who said it but I guess it’s time to burn another bridge.

Good question. I declared “no” and didn’t check that box about wanting info. Also wonder what they would do if a huge percentage of employees didn’t bother with responding. Would they fire all of them? Say if it was 20%? It won’t be because I guess we all p**s.

It’s not going to be layoffs, and you won’t get unemployment if you refuse a mandate backed by the government and science. RTO is the future, we are social animals, and you might actually like it if you stop fighting the return to normal and realize it’ll be nice to see how annoyed your coworkers are by your complaining. Covid is under control, except for the ignorant who won’t vaccinate, and that’s their own choice to risk, not something the intelligent have to cater to.

Those who are fully vaccinated will get a 30 day RTO notice, those who are unvaccinated will get a RTO notice to report to a segregated office location and will be required to undergo COVID testing twice a week at their expense.

Basically, if you refuse to get vaccinated, they can refuse to employ you.
