Lack of Diversity in Global Markets Promotion

New York Times and Bloomberg were right. Promotion in global markets are just based on favoritism. White male get promoted faster because of their relationship with senior management. Diversity is a huge issue in global markets promotion.

Maybe, just maybe, the original "poster" is in an area that actually promotes white males faster that any other ethnicity. Is that beyond the realm of possibility? If in fact their observation is backed by factual evidence, then there is possibly a problem.

Lets see how low the rank goes on this post. God forbid someone makes an accurate statement once in a while.

Indians and whites, you mean.
Everywhere I go I see, Indians (male and female) and Chinese women get the most promotions after whites. Chinese guys not so much.

All other ethnicities get the shaft.

go to any large bank and you'll realize front office, P&L jobs are mostly white male.

banks make the diversity quotas in the middle/back office.
