@1arf+1dw7SBNx Yes, from a psychological standpoint, it’s interesting to see people try to call alternate viewpoints conspiracies (or cartels?). You have social anxiety, you feel more comfortable at home and you are taking your own viewpoint and trying to sell it as if it’s a majority, or everyone. People fall into a wide range of personality and style of life, there are many who are very happy to be back in office because they like being around people and they feel more comfortable around them. Many people who never had the chance to work from home now realize they love it, but since you love it more than when your job was in office, you are battling to change it, but instead of just asking for an accommodation for social anxiety, or look for a job that allows you to work in the style you like, you are trying to start a war as if there’s thousands of people ready to March alongside you. This isn’t the case, you need to make a choice on what to do next, but posting as if you are the general of an army won’t work because everyone can see through it. Getting likes on a forum of people hoping to get laid off and a severance doesn’t mean you are right. The company has found a way to erase their issues with RTO and remove the troublemakers without having to pay them to leave, and it sucks, but they won this one since the government has backed it and they aren’t going to be punished for it. Please find a way to see reality, the company has made very smart choices and they are going to win on this one.
Notice how the pro-jab/pro-RTO cartel brings up politics in every single thread?
What is the connection between the people for whom DJT lives rent-free in their head, and the C19 jab/RTO obsession? You can draw a straight line from one group to the other.

Uh, they’ve found a way. Return to office, or find another job. I know you think we’re lying, but it’s the same job in office as WFH, but now you can actually see your co-workers and interact with people outside of meetings. You can see and hear them working, know how they’re doing, and have some social interaction with people you’d probably have never talked to in WFH.
If you don’t want that, leave, but don’t think you can’t be replaced with someone happy to come in and join us. Most of your co-workers are probably sick of you complaining about it anyway.
