Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

WFH has to be an option now that CDC has said a 4th, yes FOURTH, booster is recommended

How is the bank going to know when employees’ vaccines have expired since everyone genome got vaccinated did so at different times ? How will vaccinated be safe if some don’t get booster shot? What a sh1t show.

We are not safe and must have WFH has an option. Out health is at risk if all these booster shots are recommended.

This board is so being spammed by anti vaxx id--ts that probably don’t even work at BoA. Everyone I know in my department and most of my floors in my building are vaccinated. Who are all these people claiming to be unvaccinated? I don’t believe any of what’s posted here. I am back in office and so is my department.

Be careful what you read. Most of this fake.

Most people are getting a first booster. No one is talking about three more shots yet.

@3yqp+1dwErQcm The average IQ of employees that think not providing your vaccination status will not lead to dismissal is 10.

Avg IQ of people getting 3rd booster has to be sub 80. For the 4th booster, we got to be down under 70. Brutal to watch this play out.

One perspective: the incompetence of our government/cdc ensures we get to WFH for the foreseeable future.

I’m a former conspiracy theorist who lost a lot of years believing the evil cabal was out to get us all. Now I’m old and know better, but what you said makes more sense than any of the other conspiracy theories (covid is fake, vaccines are experimental, etc., etc). No way they would vaccinate the obedient people with any such poison if this was in fact a conspiracy, they’d get rid of the anti vaxxers and the people that actual believe all that cr-p about the covid conspiracies, lol. AHHHHHHHH a rabbit ho-e for sure!

Anywho, covid is real, obviously those who are unhealthy are getting sick more than those who are generally healthy. My best friend got it, but he’s overweight and has diabetes.

I’m glad i gave up conspiracies a long time ago because it cost me some friendships and at the end, nothing I believed in the conspiracy world ever came to pass. Conspiracy theories are often followed by people with mental illness or early stages of schizophrenia. Tread lightly. Get a good doctor and decide if the vaccine is right for you and your current health situation.

We all die one day, that is the only thing 100% true, don’t waste your life chasing conspiracy theories that could cost you your job or friendships. Use logic, it works.

how did they test for it? Was it based on those super-specific symptoms like loss of taste, too?

Oh but are you certain about that? I heard a great conspiracy…. Here it is…. Try not to cry….TPTB knew there would be resisters like yourself so the people that already got their jabs got placebos (saline). When they throw your a$$ in the FEMA camp for re-education and counseling, you will get the real shot…. You will be the one experimented on….

Ha ha ha , joke is on you. You gotta pick the hill you di3 on wisely…. Looks like you made a big mistake early on in the game.

Also, enjoy no bonus or raise…. Only the obedient sheep are getting bonuses.

Remember…. Up is down.

Nothing, and Ii do mean nothing, is what it appears to be.

Sucks to be you.

You’re a colossal id1ot. I have several family member who got covid and got really sick and wound up in hospital. I had covid in February 2020, was the worst I’ve ever been sick but i did not go to hospital, thank goodness. My friend who is a fireman, got it and was also very sick.

Please go back to you Alex Jones forum along with all the other conspiracy theorists nutjobs and let the sane people vent.

@alv+1dwErQcm I would assume that if BofA goes forward with forcing RTO full time without any hybrid work arrangement then it's true that many will be forced to comply; however flight risk will soar and morale will sink even further than it is now. Morale is as low as I've seen it in my 12+ years here.

RTO has the potential to do irreparable damage to company culture and morale if not handled properly. I just don't believe Bank leadership is in touch with where the majority of people stand on wanting to WFH. They take a small sample of people like you who are happy to RTO and extrapolate that across the enterprise even though those who want to RTO are likely less than 20% of total associates. The number of people who want to RTO is even smaller with back office associates who see little value in inter-office interactions.

Perhaps RTO policies should be managed on the team level and not enterprise wide.

Two certainties exist:

C19 isn't real, and WFH is here to stay. I'm angry TPTB pulled the global hoax on us, but if the end result is WFH, so be it. Sorry to all the suckers who signed up for medical experiments. Better luck next time.

This is just going to get worse. Waning vaccine efficacy with those who got the vaccine early, then the people who will say no more shots, 2 is quite enough, what is the bank going to do hire a full time vaccine policing unit roaming the halls and taking temperatures? We are all at a health risk now because of the fact that no one knows what heck is really going on, but, oh, here, have another shot.

@sqg WFH is the future. BM should use the carbon credits derived from people NOT commuting/driving to work and boost the banks social justice footprint or the bottom line (like Tesla with electric cars...btw, they'd be losing money w/o those credits). It would be the best win/win solution. Imagine a bank so progressive in the fin. industry that can quantify and prove its social responsibility to the green movement and society as a whole by reducing pollution. I'd bank and invest with that company, wouldn't you?

There are just a lot of unanswered questions with how BofA is going to navigate waning vaccine efficacy, break through infections, contact tracing, etc etc if they are going to mandate a return to office in order to work.

It is frustrating that they are moving forward with bringing more folks back when these questions and concerns are not being addressed.

To the posters saying "WFH is over"... you are fake news. I can show you floors and floors of empty office space in uptown Charlotte right now that will prove you wrong and foolish. Most of the vaccinated who have updated their status in the Bank portal are not back in the office despite the misinformation and Flagscape propaganda.
The communications have been very deceiving to say the least.

Wow. 4 shots? Something is not right. If you haven’t taken the vaxx, don’t. I regret taking 2 shots, now they will want us to take 4?

When does this insanity end? Answer: it doesn’t. This is all about control and $$$. There is something terribly wrong here. And the other thread with truth is I was deleted. I’m sure this one will be deleted as well, they don’t want truth leaking out to the sheep.

When does the bank ever care about employees' safety or health concerns? The only thing they care about is to have everyone back to the office by telling you it's safe to return once you're vaccinated.
