Have you checked out the Citi boards? They are not happy over there too with the new vax announcement. If you're looking to make a move it might have to be a new industry. I've already seen a few co-workers make that move during the pandemic in my team.

CITI is being re-worked from the top. The musical chairs we had here at BofA does absolutely nothing!
It's the same wash out folks who are clinging to retirement. No desire for bold moves or changes.

Friend landed a job at Citi and I was looking at C14/C15 level roles but they're all in office, even though they're currently remote.
I worked as a contractor for Citi for 18 months. I tried to get in full time after I was there for 6 months. They wanted me to wait until I was there a year. I needed the benefits so I landed a full time gig at bofa. I’m fine where I am for now. BUT wanted to say that I really liked the culture at Citi and wish timing was different so I could be there now.
Given you are anonymous, can you post examples of titles and salaries? WFH is great, but a big beef at BAC is stagnating salaries for years
