I'm used to working under pressure, but what is happening now demoralizes me so much that I can barely finish the job. Maybe it's because I had high expectations that the situation would improve, but at BofA it's getting more chaotic every day. Literally every day I have to force myself to start working.

Concentration has become near impossible. I was just thinking about this, this morning. Fire drills are the norm, process which is rolled out poorly is overwhelming, morale is beyond low, recognition is rare, pay is getting worse while expectations are through the roof. I feel like each day I'm trying to climb a mountain and expected to do so. I'm exhausted and focusing is a rough go every single day!
Post ID: @qpt+1dy8OSut Jesus Christ would be nailed to the cross for being unvaccinated. The ones who speak the truth always get it, especially when pi----g off the bankers a.k.a. the money changers.
They aren't going to bend to you.
Wife's company went fully remote.
Management of this major company forward think and supportive. They aren't missing a beat!
Remote has worked for nearly 2 years for most of us...now the return? It's a major distraction and unmotivated many. Most of us have stopped to focus and just get by while we look for other jobs.
To BofA... it's death by a thousand cuts. You are in the right track for that.
I've gone on leave. Too dystopian for me
Wait...this was the easy part. Fack me.
Remarkable what azzholes work where I work. I’m ashamed. Some of you are animals. Do you even hear what you say to each other? Jesus Christ!
Blank stare.
How did you ever survive the world?
Mind boggling how many people are losing it these days and it’s not that bad. And to think…the worst hasn’t even begun yet.
Pull yourself together, we got a long road ahead of us.
