So discriminating against unvaccinated employees isn’t included? Apparently the line that says ‘employment practices are based solely on the qualifications of each individual and appropriate job related standards’ doesn’t apply to the unvaxxed. Guess maybe they will say that being vaccinated is the job related standard.

They’re taking the cautious approach for general safety. Some of you anti-Vaxxers would be the first to file suit if you caught COVID even though you didn’t care enough to get vaxed.

Well, if you have a religious objection to the vax due to using aborted fetal tissue, for example, then according to that BS email, they will not discriminate. I don't believe them as I am sure that is all lip service, like the "act like an owner" cr-p or their other emails about their corporate values......

Also, don't think you are a small minority that don't what the vax, regardless of your reason.... You may be in the minority, but it is not small - 7% of BNYM have refused to even respond to whether or not they are vax'd..... that doesn't include the folks who are not vax'd nor filed for exemption

Yes I just saw this. This is entirely for legal grounds. They’re about to layoff as many unvaxxed as possible and sprinkle in random people to make it look like they’re not.
