But the court allowed a more modest mandate requiring health care workers at facilities receiving federal money to be vaccinated.

I think you should be fired. You and the way you think is exactly what the bank doesn't need.
1 - If you think everyone working from home is slacking, then that is probably because you do it. Else you would know how hard someone can work from home.
2 - You follow the crowd and want to rewarded. How about you actually do something extra to get recognition.
3 - You can't really apply logic. Vaxxed and unvaxxed carry and spread the virus equally. Vaxxed and unvaxxed get sick too. Yeah, maybe the vaxxed will have a milder case, but they are still sick. Everyone in the overcrowded office together will inflict the virus on all. And once this happens, watch for more mutations...

All of us who have been vaxed should be given a large one time raise for being good loyal, logical and engaged employees. It is definitely the time to separate the wheat from the chaff. All of the cards are on the table and we have all of the info we need to cut the slackers, starting with the Netflix guy.
I think the company should be mandated to pay for psychologists for the vaxxed who are still fearful. The politicians and corp leaders have really done a number on their heads. I appreciate the vaxxed who are fine with others not being unvaxxed. Thank you for your common sense.
It's hilarious people still believe a lawsuit will have any merit at all. Im not saying the government should be able to tell a private business what the have to do but the company has every right to make their own policies. Wake up people, you are delusional and just sue happy if you think it will carry any weight whatsoever!
Probably won't change the company's policy, but will certainly help for the lawsuits employees will ultimately file. They don't really care...just get some more money from WEF.
Nothing has changed. The bank still has the absolute right to require the vaccine and should do so. People really should educate themselves, learn the law and understand the differences between federal power limitations and corporate rights.

I get needing the pay check but I don't understand why people who didn't want the vax, would get it prior to being forced - if they didn't want it?

Many unvaxxed can't get the jab due to health issues. Really ignorant from many vaxxed putting people who can't get the jab and people who don't want the jab on the same bucket.

Private employers can and will still mandate the vaccine. If they don't, I suspect all the vaccinated people will refuse to come into the office and the company will lose many more employees if the vaxxed refuse to work. There are more vaxxed than unvaxxed.
