I received a pending offer recently. When should I give my 2-week notice in order to receive the bonus? Can I let my manager know in early Feb or do I need to wait until the bonus payout?

Why not under rule of 60?

Not sure why you're being downvoted @1icl+1eNfEzpY. I left recently foregoing the unvested stock options and upcoming bonus knowing that a significant number of people will be quitting/looking for new jobs right after they money drops in February. Everyone with the same skill sets, vying for the same types of positions at the same types of companies is going to flood the labor supply making it that much harder to get an interview and eventual offer. Looking at the big picture, a few thousand dollars lost for a higher probability of success in landing with a great company was worth it.
Accept the offer, and once accepted, give your two weeks notice. Unless you are one of the top performers and we're talking serious money, bonus is not that important, your new career is.
Bonuses paid out Feb 15. Make sure you your direct deposit clears then it’s yours and you can do what you want.
You should wait until you get your bonus money. Once you get your money give these mutherfockers the half peace sign .

Wait for bonus check, then give notice. Your bonus can be recalled at any point up to distribution.
