RSU 2022 is it pipe dream?

With the record shattering year we had I would have thought that we would reward employees with options. Anyone know anything about whether or not they’re going to announce the company wide bonuses? Don’t bring up tax reform please if you’re not smart enough to understand that corp tax code hasn’t been changed you’re probably not in the know about much.

They have to fund the number of shares promised. Who cares how they fund it, its the same amount of dollars, and the stock price is too high to give away shares to people.

Gotta do a stock split.

The RSU's are not common stock, but preferred stock, that is priced much lower then the current common stock price. When they transfer them into your brokerage account, they buy common stock with it. So why does the common stock price matter? I am hearing nothing about RSU's this year which makes me also believe that they will not happen.

My CRM said all salary increases and bonuses would be available on the 27th. Haven't heard about a firmware "we deliver" bonus like they've had in previous years yet

It would've been announced by now. Judging that they are only hiring kids out of college (my goodness, the kids are making almost what I make but they don't know ANYTHING), it sounds like they want to save money rather than spend on talent.
