Have you had the year end review with your manager yet? We have not and as far as I can remember all that was usually done by now. Also have you had the yearly increase talk? We have not. Are we all on the same schedule? or is my LOB falling behind. Just wondering why this is so late this year.

@1vxy+1eUKRUkx Bonuses and raises are decided in October/November. You are informed of what it will be in the couple weeks following review. Even review is too late to start discussing. It’s best to discuss in one on one meetings, start asking your manager about a raise, so they can advocate for it when the decisions are made.
Same here. Had the typical M/M review and was told it would have been an exceeds but they can only give out so many. Same story different year. No mention if I will get the same minuscule increase of 1.5% that I received last year or any information on a bonus amount. At least staying home has saved me a ton of gas money. I was told the compensation part of the conversation will be 1/24-1/28.
Never made sense to have review conversation then weeks later have the merit pay conversation. Keep in mind if you are looking at another position now, they want you to take the position before you have your merit conversation. If you don’t fall with in pay guidelines of the new role chances are you will only move over “ to get the experience “ that takes you out of the game for a year on possibly getting an increase. Probably best to see what you get, THEN look around internally.
I’ll be asking for a 7% increase due to inflation. If they refuse then I’ll start looking elsewhere.
They should be separate conversations and the published deadline for review conversations is Jan 25th.
Why do you think Jan 26th?
GIS associate - Had the review last week, compensation (raise or bonus) was not mentioned as of yet.
I think they are announcing pay and bonus on Jan 26 if I'm not mistaken
our year end review deadline was jan 19th.
I had my review. Pay raise is usually in February. If your expecting 7% or more due to inflation dream on.
Reviews happened but no talk about increase yet. Everyone remember, inflation is 7%, if you get anything less then it’s a pay cut. Realistically it’s more like 40% but oh well.
Reviews take place first and comp conversation's normally happen late in January.
I’ve had my review but no talk regarding pay increase or bonus.
