Got an offer- bonuses coming mid February. Should i give it on payout day? Can I any time before or will I lose out?

Agree if it’s a lot of money that will impact your family, stay until you get that money in your bank, then give notice. If it’s not worth losing a better opportunity take the opportunity and run.
If you can hold off til then I certainly would. But it’s never a life changing amount for me, so if the new job couldn’t wait I wouldn’t hesitate.
You must be employed by the Bank on Feb 15th to receive it from what I understand. I would wait for the check and resign that Friday.
If you give your notice before the payout they will not give you the bonus. I’ve seen this happened before so I would wait until you have that money in the bank.
I wouldn’t risk it
