Resig '19. Role eliminated, bonus cut, no COL raise, micro-managed to death by younger, less exp mgr. Toxic culture. Incompetent mgt & constant changes. Really bad eggs in middle mgt. Unprofessional work culture. Games. Nepotism. Cronyism. Age discrim. Stay far away.

Resigned 2021, better opportunity. 35% pay increase to basically do the same job for a competitor.

Left voluntarily because of the tone-deaf RTO posture.

Left a couple years back. Ended up getting passed up for a promotion after my team lead was let go and having teammates that were utterly incompetent. When my manager was told multiple times said teammates were incompetent, basically refused to do anything since the teammates were D&I. Left for a 42% raise shortly after that conversation. My entire team turned over after I left. Manager is still there.

If you want to pay me an increase for great work that is less than the rate of inflation in a market where you're having a hard time keeping seats filled then you need to make up for it in flexibility. I won't cry about it. These boots are made for walking.

Here and not "miserable". I do prefer working from home though and I don't want to be dragged back in. My compensation was a bit of a sting. RTO will be the decider. That 2% raise wasn't helpful. The bonus wasn't as bad as th raise but Its one time. Being told i'm "so valued" wasn't so helpful either.

I am still at this shlithole dealing with the incompetent leadership at this company. I am not a bitter person. I have worked at well run organizations with good compensation and good leadership. This company is totally clueless from top to bottom. What maniac would force people to RTO in one of the most serious pandemics of our lifetime. THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED FOR IN MY LIFE!

Left several years ago due to being under compensated and limited opportunities from not living in NY, Charlotte or Chicago. No hard feelings and no issues with the company.
