Average performers out there, how much $$ % are you expecting this year?

2% here. Its a nice haircut.
The pay raise I get annually usually just covers the annual cost increase for the healthcare benefits. Never mind the cost of living increase.
2 to 3 percent. They don't reward hard work and it's sad that people who join the company start at $21, and they want to make it $25 but they do nothing for high achievers.
Bout tree fiddy
Ideally 7% to just breakeven with inflation, and to put a little distance between me and the $21/hr folks fresh off the street.
But I know that's a pipedream here. Probably the typical 2 - 3%.
This company doesn't get a meets / meets from me, I'll tell you that. They keep squeezing the middle ranks here until it's not even worth it to fire up the company laptop.
$500,000
4%-6% (or a 1%-3% salary reduction in terms of spending power)
