Working in our store is a nightmare. There isn't enough people. We cant handle the lines. All this can be fixed, but there is no will to fix it.
They don't care about stores at all. I think more and more that WFM actually wants to ki-l stores? I have no other explanation for all that is happening.

amazon will let it wither on the vine while they study the logistics and methods of brick and mortar grocery...they will grow their own amazon fresh brand which sells a wider variety of goods than our quality standards allow--how often a week do you have to tell a tourist that you dont sell coca-cola??? margins could really be padded by selling conventional items such as tide,coca cola,lays potato chips etc....and i dont think they are eyeing to get rid of the few random tmembers making near cap pay...its the regional bloat and team leader pay scale--do managers of departments at krogers,publix,walmart,etc make over 23$ per hour??? noooooooooo...
the stores are valuable real estate. they are just trying to get rid of the bags before they relaunch the brand. what are the bags? anyone making over $15 or who has worked at the store for too many years and is not in leadership. Those are the biggest bags followed by ASTL and a few other positions.
