I know it's not much but we all usually get a little something in December. I haven't heard anything. Anyone have any insight regarding this???

We get bonuses 2/15 and RSU payouts 2/5 ish through March.
Last yr BM announced the extra RSUs in Early Jan and paid awarded shares in March for payout starting in 2022.
Over the past several years, there have been Sharing Success (or whatever they decide to call it) distributions in December. All of you who are saying you never got one are really demonstrating the kind of attention to detail that keeps us behind all the other banks. You don't even know when the bank gives you 'free' money. And if you are a high enough Band that you didn't get it, the idea that you aren't even aware it happened should be embarrassing.

It’s not defiant behavior, it’s not giving your employer the right to make decisions for your health. When government and corporations start to mandate things for us with the promise it’s good for us, it’s just one step closer to that thin line between true democracy and communism.
Only a very few gets a Dec. bonus--the Board, VPs, and other C-level executives. The plebians who remain have to wait until Spring to get their peanuts.
Never received a December bonus in my org.
That December bonus was a bi product of the prior administration tax policy, the bank would then pass that tax savings to you.
Since Brandon has effed everything up, why would you expect an extra kicker at year end? The good ole days are behind us, budget accordingly and good luck

I think we would have had an email by now saying it would be next paycheck.
Vaccinated will get a bigger slice of the pie. Bank on it. They are not going to reward defiant behavior.
