Is the next round of RTO emails coming tomorrow?
Pi---s me off. What SHOULD be coming is the emails telling us to do what we're comfortable with since we're still in the midst of a PANDEMIC and we held it down for 18+ months going above and beyond. No more extras here. I'm done. This one time hard worker, above and beyonder, exceeds/exceeds gives zero F's at this point. Thanks for pushing us to this point.
Yes this coming week, many people will get 30 days notice. Next wave of RTO is in January and more corporate staff in Charlotte, NYC, SF will be given RTO notice. I'm in HR and the company has communicated no indication of pausing this.

They might as well push RTO off till the spring. Why bring us back in the winter? We worked remotely for this long, what's another three or four months? By then, Fauci will probably recommend we take our 18th booster and Biden will mandate we must be vaccinated to take a pi-s but BM will be happy we are in the office and we are collaborating.

I heard the 15th and then they will stop until next year since they failed miserably on coordinating the RTO. They sent people back to the office only to send them back home because they didn’t cater for additional people being vaccinated. You can’t make this craziness up even if you tried. Where are the smart leaders in this bank or maybe there aren’t any based on their decision making.
