This quote tells you everything that’s wrong with BofA’s RTO approach. It’s a shame that employee health and well-being doesn’t appear to be the #1 priority in this bank.
Prior to half the country being conned and turning into dotard conspiracy wacko trumptards, we would not be having these id--tic debates over our the health and safety of our country.
I think what’s worst is they keep having these town halls only to tell us more lies expecting us to believe it. The last update by the CDC said to exercise caution because Omicron is spreading rapidly across the states. So them telling us they are following CDC is the biggest lie. The article referenced a good point. We’re not five years old, we read/watch the news and we know they are reckless with their decision of having us to back in and all that will come of it is more people getting sick, possibly dying from it or pass it to a loved one who will get sick and possibly die from it. BOA uses the CDC when it fits their agenda. They don’t care about their employees. We’re just a body in a chair that is expected to make them record profits. Spineless cowards are truly what those leaders are as they themselves are not back in the office and if they are, it’s in their office with the door closed.
I told you before on previous posts this bank doesn't care about it's employee's. They think they can hire and replace people which is a disaster. Many new hires aren't staying or just staying until something better comes along. Again Bank of America is a complete SHLITHOLE OF AMERICA. I HOPE THAT BLOCKHEAD CEO GETS COVID AND DIES.
