I'm anxious waiting for a decision to be made. If it's approved, what are the next steps, if any? The HR partner assigned to me could be nicer. :( Thanks for any suggestions.

Have a disability that keeps you from having to work in an office. Mobility, IBS, Migraines, Immunocompromised, Allergies. If you truly can't work in an office, your doctor should be able to identify your needs per ADA. HR will fight it to the last breath, but eventually, you will win if you are truly disabled.
How did you get a non-Covid MyWork approved?
I got my permanent non-Covid-related MyWork approval last week. Total of 6 weeks. My manager was supportive, not a D-Head like @kzc+1ekODyXB who is the perfect example of why BAC is proud to have a stock price only 35-50% of the competition's.
You’re gonna regret it.
They give you a 30 day extension while it’s being decided. And after all the forms are sent in, they will decide. I think it takes two weeks or so.

@kzc+1ekODyXB when it comes to medical...the hammer will fall so fast on your head because the bank does not want any blow back. You are the one in danger with that kind of attitude. They have a medical team to do that. it's not your job. In fact you are not even part of the process.

Go ahead and tap out with some fake medical. If anyone that reports to me does that i will be sure and hit them like a hammer however i can. Nothing will be mentioned about the RTO, but if im going back and someone who reports to me thinks they're going to jerk me around with some medical leave, prepare for it
Barely anyone goes into office even after rto date. Relax. If they enforced it then be a lot of people on the shlitlist.
If it’s approved they’ll notify you and you’ll continue BAU from home. Is that really your question?
