Really feels genuine (not) for SLT to create a presentation and say "thank you" as you can see them reading what they need to say. Nice fail, much like employee survey and everything else that appears to be associate focuses.

Very fake and not heartfelt.
Agree. I have been thanked half to death by every (and there are many) layer of management. They must assume a scripted thank you makes up for yet another year of sub par bonuses and raises.
