Thread regarding Bank of New York Mellon Corp. layoffs

Have fun and keep under the radar.

I have witnessed many of my colleagues leaving BNY Mellon just because of the manager. Better said, because of the inexplicable animosity of their manager towards them.
How many more great employees will leave just because they are not among the manager's favorites? That's right, the best ones are always the target. Why do the best ones bother them? Who here protects the best people from the unequal treatment they receive from their managers? No one.

Hey, I had a boss who knew I was better than said boss on the best day. Getting the pink slip was doing me a favor.

I joined BNY only 6 months ago and my manager very rarely communicates with with me regarding work procedures and basic questions. A few others on the team are new as well and we’re all already burned out…

Vouch.. my manager shows no self-respect towards me, treats me like his slave and tells me to get work done just to throw more work on me, not even considering that I haven't taken a lunch or have been on like 10 hours for the day..

I am leaving soon and I hope BNY Mellon can realize how wrong they are treating their experienced employees currently, if they don't.. I see them having way more less people
