Unrealistic workload

It’s a thin line between "I’m working hard" and "I’m overloaded with unrealistic amount work".
I know a few people who complain about the unrealistic amount of work, but in reality they are just very lazy.

I wonder how you make the distinction between hard work and the amount of work that is not appropriate for one person?

Let’s see, my average day is 10-11 hours with “maybe” 30 minutes for lunch. I work 1.5 to 2 hours each day during vacation. Weekends? That too. Fairly certain I’m not lazy. I can’t even imagine what group you are in. Everyone I work with is stressed out. I feel guilty for making myself stop in the evenings because I have colleagues working later.
