Too many people love to blame the bank for all of their problems when they're the ones who are in control of their lives and they're the ones who choose to stay. There are plenty of available jobs right now. If you're unhappy with your current one, move on. I'm not saying this place is good, I'm just saying that nobody is holding you hostage. Be the master of your fate and leave a miserable situation for a better one.

@7qlz, how stoooopid are you? Of course upper management gets stock options. That's how they became owners. If they weren't management, they wouldn't get stock options. Again, you don't get stock options for being an owner.
@5hje+1eyTndaA Completely incorrect. You could literally go to Yahoo Finance, look up BK and literally learn in 15 minutes how much stock options and stock shares are granted to those who are treated like owners, and their names.

Owners don't get stock options or discounted prices. Those are a few ways to BECOME owners.
Being treated like owners would mean that we receive stock and/or stock options as part of our compensation package. Anyone can be an owner by purchasing stock of course, but BNYM treating as as owners would be totally different.
We can only be/feel like owners if we were given the opportunity to buy stock at a discount (like in the ‘old’ days) or are given stock options like tractor boy and miss piggy and the rest of the senior level management get😎🐷🥳
We're also SUPPOSED to be empowered to fix the fundamental flaws at our company. You know, they whole thing about acting like owners.

I personally don’t blame the bank for my problems, I just think that the ones who run it are lowly beings who are not worthy of their blessings. I don’t want to be a part of anything to do with them anymore. They are a disgrace to the land, air and water that gave them life. Their memories are in vain.
