I got ZERO increase in salary and I got an EXCEEDS/EXCEEDS!
My raise barely covers the cost of a parking spot.

To add insult to injury, associate gave notice 3 months ago but they talked him/her into staying a bit longer and then during comp conversation was given a 20% increase! Those of us sticking around got 2-3%. WTH
Why are bonuses so much lower during a banner year? Bank had historic earnings and stock is up 49%. For some reason, they don’t want to reward or invest in their hard-working employees. “Actions speak louder than words”.
1% raise, no bonus. Sad, just sad.
The best way to increase compensation is to leave for a new company to obtain market rate for your skills.
3% increase and 4% bonus. Laughable.

So far I’ve only heard of ppl I work with getting 1-2%
