To add insult to injury, associate gave notice 3 months ago but they talked him/her into staying a bit longer and then during comp conversation was given a 20% increase! Those of us sticking around got 2-3%. WTH

Why are bonuses so much lower during a banner year? Bank had historic earnings and stock is up 49%. For some reason, they don’t want to reward or invest in their hard-working employees. “Actions speak louder than words”.
