I am staying purely for the joy of the many "bonuses" in the form of all those Todd messages of pure sunshine...

Punxy Phil predicts 6 more weeks of BnyMellon! Wait for possible bonus, then give 2 weeks notice!

Thanks for reminding me about the 401k annual contribution. I believe what was replaced by an extra 1 percent match in each paycheck.

The 401k annual contribution in March ended last year with the final payout in 2021 for the 2020 working year. Another benefit gone.

Yes. I'll retire. What about the 401k annual contribution in March thou, do we have to stay for that?

many employees never receive a bonus.
Bonuses are at the discretion of the manager.
There is no transparency into bonuses.
You write your post as if you expect a bonus every year.
Must be nice.

I can't say I will definitely leave, but will become more active in my job search and check for any claw back provisions to time the process.

And agree with @ffj+1f30pBH6.

Going unless it is a true incentive to stay. That seems unlikely.
