A bunch of promotions are showing in the corporate directory for my business group but no one has received any compensation documents or salary changes from HR- anyone else experiencing this? They’re showing updated corporate titles since 2/1.

“Promotion” was brought on and not told to employees..found out when going to put my time in and was denied. No negotiations, I make less than others who got to negotiate for the same job a year ago
Bonus is 2/28 and salary increase is 4/1. Salary used to be in July. Not anymore.
Salary discussions happen next two weeks, as well as incentive discussions where relevant. Also, for promotions, to give extra pay, managers had to take that out of hyde from the salary pool, no seperate budget, so blame that on HR because promotions should come with money, but that was halted in Dec, 2020.
Merit and Promo money are both effective 4/1 this year.
Rumor is pay rises are 4/1 this year.
Bonuses come on 2/28, normal salary increases aren't effective until 7/1

Any idea of the raise will go into effect for the 3/15 paycheck?
My understanding is that salary changes have been wrapped into annual review and will be advised later this month.
