If you're unvaxxed you're not allowed to RTO, but as flex remote you have to show up at least min 5x's a quarter. Therefore, you can't show up and they terminate you, correct? Am I missing something here.

Both the legal and medical opinions here are really poor, and I really hope that people understand how Ill-informed they are. These posts all do harm to people who are uninformed on laws and science.

Be ready to be with unvaxxed in the office. Just like everywhere else. It shouldn't matter because you have the vax.
They will not be firing anyone because of their vax/booster status. The mandates are being systematically being lifted. And the bank cannot afford to lose more people. At least the talented useful ones. Special snowflakes will be on the chopping block!

Depends on mid terms! Todd and the minions will probably have to admit they were wrong on force vaccinating since the Pfizer released their 9 pages of adverse reactions… risk outweighs benefits
They have no legal authority to fire those for not getting that cr-p. It was shot down already and they’re pending the Supreme Court appeal in April to see what they can/cannot do. They shouldn’t be forcing anyone to get anything they don’t want

They aren’t terminating unvaxxed anymore. They will be allowed back in the office eventually
