DO NOT COME TO THIS SHLITHOLE COMPANY. THIS COMPANY IS BADLY MANAGED. THE CEO DOESN'T KNOW HIS AZZ FROM A HO-E IN THE WALL. STAY THE FCUK FROM THIS PLACE!!!!
My recommendation stay where you are. Unless BOA is paying you a ton more, it cuts your commute in half or you are totally miserable where you I wouldn't make the move.

As somebody who's worked at both: stay at Wells. This place sucks in comparison.
WF, BOA--THEY'RE THE SAME. ALSO, NEVER END A SENTENCE WITH A PROPOSITION.
Pay raises were, on average 2-3 % and bonuses were equally as bad with the bank having record profits. The CEO got a nice 31% raise though. Promotions are given to people who can brown nose, so if you're a hard worker thinking you can move ahead, don't come here. Been at the bank a few years and looking to move on. They ask you constantly to do more with less since the turnover is very high because the compensation is not nearly adequate for people to keep dealing with the sht. So you need to compare that to your current position and make that decision.

BofA retail is not that great, but it is not a bad place to work. Medium stress, lower stress than what it was 10 years ago.
