With gas prices and needing to drive to the office + parking / toll I cannot survive on BNYM salary.
Do I HAVE to tell them I m working a 2nd job waiting table + 3rd job stocking at walmart overnight ?
How would they find out / care?

Don’t tell them. Get up from desk go out to car, take nap for an hour. Take naps in bathroom stall. Management schedules meetings where they all just sleep anyway.
You don’t need to tell them anything. I’ve been working for BNYM and BOA at the same time.
Post your budget and maybe we can help to identify the issue. If you are healthy enough to work 3 jobs there is an issue that you are not comfortable disclosing. Budgeting is very hard for some but it has to be done.
I thought it only had to be reported if it was a conflict.
What you do is do NOT tell them and, if they ever question it, blame it on an EX employee who told you there was an “update” and no need to report it.
Let them know?? Lol, don’t let them know anything about your second or third job unless you physically have to leave early to go to the other job(s). Oh and don’t ask for permission, this is your career remember, not theirs. Better yet, get a second and third fully remote job and work those WHILE working your BNY job. That is the way.
They don't care. But as part of the ethics policy you attest to you have to tell them.
Tell them sayonara when you hand in your resignation because you got an offer with better pay at one of our competitors.
