So if you are vaccinated & got the booster management wants you to return to the office 1,2 days a week but if you are unvaccinated you can continue to work from home without repercussions? How is that fair?

I agree - they need to drop the mandates and make these people return to normal like we did!

But they don't, the mandate will be lifted soon enough and back to the office you go.
You mean by making the people who refuse to relinquish control of their body miss out on all the collaboration?
That's temporary waiting on the Supreme court decision next month.
Either the EC will do a 180 like JPMC just did, or I will be fired after that case is decided.
I doubt they'll let me work from home indefinitely.
