Actually a vaccine isn't supposed to stop you from getting something. The flu shot it technically a vaccine but you can still get the flu......just like a flu shot is supposed to help minimize the severity if you get the flu, the covid shot is supposed to minimize the severity if you catch that as well. Unfortunately they call vaccines that completely stop someone from catching a disease by the same name. This isn't to say you should run out and get either shot, just stating people automatically assume a vaccine eradicates which isn't necessarily true....

The unvaxxed will continue to work from home. The vaxxed will be required to RTO. The vaxxed will be a liability because there are still unknown risks associated with the vax and will be most likely under company watch. I also noticed the vaxxed tend to call in sick more often.

Also, the vaxxed can sue company for side effects because they were coerced to get vaxxed even though the law did not require it.

Companies can mandate vaccinations and have been doing so for over 200 years in this country. Challenged more than once. Always upheld.

Funny way to say unlawful termination as mgmt has not been clear how to file a religious or medical exemption..
Reasonable accommodations can be made as proven over the last several years. This should be a discussion between you and your manager not some geriatric golden parachute sociopaths.
