Has anyone had comp discussion with their manager yet?

Bonus essentially flat. No increase - haven’t seen one since 2017. Absurd.
Will unvaccinated get raises?
L, NYC, 3%, flat bonus. Better than 0%, 1%, 0.5% I typically receive, but absolutely pathetic that Todd feels it is good business practice to (without fail) pay less than the cost of living increase every year. Employees now have to face 3 days of commuting/increased child care costs. I really would have been fine with 0% if allowed to continue to WFH. Inflation, child care to cover extra commuting time, Path, will be a major financial setback. They have given me no other options other than to leave.
Level I, 26% raise, $10k bonus. I transferred business lines toward the end of the year which likely explains the higher than usual raise %
I got 4.5 percent
- 5% "raise". Inflation is triple that. Thanks for the -4.5% spending power decrease.
When does the raise kick-in? Still mid-year?
Joined about 6-8 months ago. Feel pathetic leaving my old place now
Raise - 1%
Bonus - ~3% ("prorated")
Level L
Is this always this sh---y? Why do ppl even stay
3-4% raise, bonuses flat.
got a 3.5% raise. bonus was pathetic like usual. will be leaving this summer.
So in addition to RTO a ‘below expectations’ raise. Wonderful
I had mine earlier. They definitely didn’t do a good job trying to retain talent. That’s for sure.
