RTO and early meetings

How do you guys handle 7/8am meetings when RTO? Should I be in the office by 6am to take these calls??

Now that we are returning to the office I will not be attending meetings that are not between my working shift hours. My staff will also not being attending meetings that are not within their shift hours.

You must not be in technology. 6:00 to 6:30 A.M. grillings are common when leadership has blown off months of reports and planning.

I'll do it as long as I can find a clean restroom and fresh bagels

Since I work 6:30am to 3:30pm I'd just take the meeting. No big deal.
Why would you come in at 6am to take a 7/8am call? Makes no sense. If you have a 7am call and don't start work til 8, then you just decline that meeting, period. If 8am and you work at 8am, then again, no problem. You take the call. I don't understand the question.

I'll WFH until 10am if I have 7am meeting
Mr / Mrs Boss better tell me I can't.
Then I wouldn't have that meeting. My schedule would then be very strict 9 am - 5pm

If it’s a day I have to arbitrarily be in, if the 7 am meeting is more important than any other meeting I have that day, I work from home. If i have a more important meeting, the 7 am gets declined

Depends on one's comp...
Spoiler alert, very few jobs at BNYM pay enough to require a 7AM call. Or really any call before 8:30AM or after 5PM for that matter

The thing that sucks is when meetings are stacked. 7am-10am. Can't be showing to office at 12?

My approach would be to either take from car or if I had to present I'd take it from home and then go in afterwards after a long, meandering commute into the office.

If internal calls, I would just tell them that the time no longer works for you since your work schedule has changed. Unless you just WFH on the days you have the calls.
If external with clients, I would just go in after the calls is done or WFH that day.
I would not go in super early just for these calls
