When is the last day to convey your raise?

Well the shareholders do happen to own the company. You can buy in and be an owner as well. Do you happen to have a degree? If not there is tuition reimbursement for business classes.

Bonus approx what it was 2 years ago.
With Brandon's 7% inflation (probably going to be worse), I will be in the ho-e 5%
Our departments RTO/future of work (or what ever propaganda marketing catch phrase they are calling it) is 2 days in office, 3 at home

Annual raises and bonuses are once again garbage. All of it going to the top and shareholders while the people who grind long hours to deliver the results get slapped on the face. This company is sh-t!

Salary increases are effective 4/1 and bonuses will be paid on 2/28.
Not sure. My manager is avoiding me like the plague. Can't be a positive sign.
