The MW and NA tech teams are combining

This week it was announced that the North Atlantic and Midwest regional tech teams are combining. Does this mean that these regions will combine in the future?

Whole foods tech support is trash. Amazon tech support is trash. There are too many problems for them to keep up. I've never been able to speak to a human for Amazon shopper phone support. 9 out of 10 Orchard tickets get closed without being resolved. Most of that tech support is outsourced to India so eventually they will probably have extremely limited US employees for tech.

it was much more efficient when we had tech support team members in each store..we have so many items in produce dept that come from different locations and different packaging that somehow the regional guys cant enter into the checkout system..these items are often given away before anybody even knows its a problem..before the store tech guys could enter in the sku in system and the problem was fixed in minutes...now...its a chain of emails and such before any solution occurs.....
