There will be more lay-offs in 2Q, but no direction has been given to target non-vaxers. That wouldn’t even make sense. They would have to pay you then. If they make vax a condition of employment and you refuse, you are terminating your own employment and walk away with nothing. If they let you go, they pay you an exit package.

They will likely fire those who are unvaxxed; silly at this stage given we generally will all have resistance one way or another by March. No recognition of natural immunity. Oh well, other companies without mandates will benefit from the talent exodus.

@2xqq+1fi8mZzh - So, none of the managers knew about RTO plans, and none of them know anything now. They rec'd the news from the same Todd email we all got. But somehow you know for a fact the unvaxed are going to get axed? At a time when unemployment is at a historical low, and when hiring new folks will require a higher salary than the people who leave? Not to mention the HR and onboarding costs.
How mad will you be when the unvaxed are working from home while you RTO?
