You probably just have weak management. I communicated comp to my teams on 2/8 and received my update on the same day,
Got a whopping 1.5 percent here … and that’s after getting all this praise about what a great job I do. Doesn’t even come close to covering cost of living increase. What a bunch of aholes
Managers communicate comps whether you are eligible or not. Ask them directly.
