Which Days Are You Returning to the Office?

Has anyone been alerted as to what days their department is supposed to be returning to the office? I have heard nothing from my manager.

No need to be sorry... I hope you're right.
I'm just not confident in the decision makers.

Sorry but the days of 5 days a week in the office is a thing of the past. Majority of businesses are doing a “hybrid plan”. Meaning 2-3 days in the office.

Echoing 1 day a week starting next week, but pretty confident middle management (the so-called MDs within my Org) will fold pretty quickly and have us back up to 3-4 days by April, then 5 days in May. I don't want this of course, but we have a severe leadership problem at this company.

Starting next week back into office NYC 1 day a week to ease back. I hope this back fires and people start spreading it again.

@1fxc+1fw0pgQL What location was this at? We were told we have to wear our mask when moving in the building. They also told us we don’t have to sit near anyone if we don’t feel safe. We can sit away from everyone.

My manager informed us that he expects us in 5 days per week starting on Monday and if he sees us wearing a mask then do not expect to be employed for long. Is this legal?

We went from flex to being mandated back in office.

I don’t see how people won’t get sick. With everyone commuting on crowded mass transit people will have to be getting sick again.

So much for flexible. My location has already begun designating days in which the teams have to be in.

My manager was laid off days ago, and we haven't heard squat. We haven't even been informed who our manager will be or what the new reporting structure is.., never mind when we're coming back into the office. Complete "crickets" - guess we're on our own. None of us have plans to return. We're staying home for the foreseeable future.
