How tf are you going to have a day to recognize how great employees are when 90% of the building is wfh at that time. Can we say another slap in the face ?

Employee appreciation day is a lot like the id--ts who are giving everyone a trophy now days. The 1st and the 15th of every month is supposed to be employee appreciation day.

They appreciate letting them continue to sc--w their employees. Cheap raises and bonuses and overworked and micro-managed workers.
Appreciate employees by actually listening to what they want. I assure you it’s not being sent back to the office! We went from flex to being mandated.
