Where are the employees going to sit now?

All locations. My belongings are long gone as I assume all employees are as well. We all need to make our decisions.
Westborough: currently 304k square feet, plans to relocate and downsize by a July 2023 target date.
Original strategy suggested exit of the Operations location at lease expiry in July 2023. Changes to seating requirements under Future of Work and strategic importance of services housed in Westborough led GOT to request to relocate to an approx. 80k RSF facility within the Westborough submarket. A preferred location has been identified and BNYM is actively negotiating with the landlord for terms. Relocation would deliver a 225k RSF reduction in space and several $mm in annual occupancy costs.
TL:DR, pack your things cuz your moving to a new location somewhere in Westborough next summer. It’s smaller since not everyone is in the office anymore and some functions originally slated to be moved to Westbkrough are now staying in the cities they’re already in (mostly Pittsburgh and Oriskany). No need to worry.
