Thread regarding Bank of America layoffs

OK, that's enough!

I have been working here for seven years and in those seven years I have certainly never been under more stress than I am now. Do you too think that managers often create unnecessary stress here? I just wonder what their goal is with creating such a tense atmosphere that is absolutely unnecessary. Recently, I had to do something again that was supposedly very urgent, which afterwards turned out that not only was it not urgent, but it was not even necessary. This happened several times already. I will not allow it to happen again, I will give notice. It’s awful how they don’t appreciate employees.

I am learning the zero f@cks technique and it is truly helping me a lot with my daily stress and realizing I am just here for a pay check, I don't give a f... anymore. Used to be the one who went above and beyond all the time, corporate doesn't give a sh.. about us, well thank you for setting the example for all of us, we are learning from the best at giving zero f@cks! Applause!!!

A great manager once told me "Someone else's emergency is not automatically your emergency." That bit of advice keeps me from walking out more often than I can count.

I have learn to do the same thing about giving zero fuhks about my job and working at this shlithole. This bank doesn't give a damn about you . I am already witnessing many employees jumping from this sinking ship. This is the worst company I have ever been associated with.

Learn to give zero f#cks. I never get upset about anything work related. Urgent, whatever. They’ll get it when they get it.

Again, learn to give zero f#cks.
