Any insight and what LOBs are going hybrid? Has it been officially announced?

Had a meeting today. Someone asked when the results of the survey will be shared. No one in senior management can confirm. We were told “hopefully something can be done” for us. Does the bank honestly think that it’s going to go well allowing this flexibility for select groups and not all?
What were the details announced by Technology?
I’m with no days in office. Office politics sux and “ we are better connected” away from that outside noise.
I would rather it be an update on remote instead of hybrid. It was presented to us verbally in a team meeting from the perspective of: you get to work two days from home now. As if we are so lucky. And the whole “we’ve always been flexible” thing was thrown in there too. Eye roll. Honestly I think GIS has had some of the worst attendance in person. People have just not been in office. It’s possible that has pushed leadership to make a decision. So that everyone who is protecting the bank doesn’t quit all at one time…. IMO this isn’t good enough though. 1 day in office or fully remote is my preference. Hope other LOBs find something out and/or don’t have to do the full 5 days.

There will be no widespread announcement yet. So far only Global Technology has announced Straight from Aditya Bhasin to the managers.
I think other groups are not on board with this plan so they're not doing an email announcement yet so no one can go to their leaders and complain about what tech is doing.
Nothing in GBAM. I agree with the person who said 3 days at home would be fair. Otherwise they can expect the mass exodus to continue.
It’s been announced in my group in tech from our manager who said it came down from Aditya. I still find it odd that this hasn’t been announced on a larger scale.
They’ll probably stop losing people if they offer two days in the office and three days at home. I think that is more than fair!
I am hearing rumors about a 3 day work week because the bank is losing people to full time remote jobs.
