What will BofA accomplish with 2 day WFH? I would love that to stop the talent drain, although I doubt that it will help much. Perhaps I'm being too sceptical so I'm wondering what you think, could it actually work and reduce the number of those who intend to leave?

BOFA does not care about talent at least not in the tech side of the house. So many of my peers have left for legit tech companies, some with even 50% raises. BOA goal is to keep cost as low as possible.
the 2 WFH hybrid only communicated to (most) tech teams so far.

Completely agree! It has to be a minimum of three days at home to stop people from leaving.
2 days at home won’t be enough sadly. 3 days at home would be minimum acceptable not to mention it hasn’t even been announced in other LOBs.
