I can't find a better fully remote job

I have tried to find the same or better job that is fully remote. There are many remote jobs on offer, but nowhere would I be paid more than here. Obviously others have more luck than me ??

Nonsense. I get pelted every week with fully remote gigs. If you aren't then you either don't have current skills or you aren't reflecting them properly in your resume. Gotta get past the ATS with all the right keywords to get those recruiter calls!

Remote work has been on the decline since about mid-2021

Don't believe the hype. More companies are coming back but horrible recruiters on LinkedIn make it sound like everyone is still remote.

Doesn't mean the jobs aren't out there. However, fewer and fewer every week and you're competing with other people over fewer fully remote postings.

Also, don't fall for "remote" positions where they're actually going back to the office but it's remote right now. That happened to some people who left BofA.

I found mine through indeed. They matched my BAC salary but when I factor in cost of commuting, childcare, work related expenses etc. I see the match as a raise.

Old colleagues helped me get out. Never burn bridges.

I’m having the same problem. Would love to know how others found their jobs. Networking? Applying directly through a company website? Recruiter? Help!

not only that but fully remote you have to compete with a lot more people. But keep grinding, will snag one! Or possibly go for somewhere which has a good hybrid plan, long term. 1-2 days in office.
