You’d think it would’ve been top priority to implement some sort of mass hybrid approach before pushing out this engagement survey that never results in any change. It should be interesting to see how this plays out. They’ll still lie anyway and tell us how everyone’s as happy as can be with the bank, so we will probably never know anyway…

Pushed to June so they could announce the salary increases for <$100k teammates
I had a email that we supposed to have the survey on the 16th but still nothing what happened????
They don’t fire people for a bad survey cuz they will just cherry pick which parts to count so it all looks as good as possible
Every year is the same. Survey results in me being assigned more mandatory training and more boring "all hands" and "town hall" meetings with the self absorbed senior management.
Honestly, I’m so grateful that I left to a top tier firm. It’s a breathe of fresh air and the culture is positive and joyful.
@tlm+1gC0gipN 100%, you are absolutely right
I already ripped them a new an@l orifice. I was chosen to take the best place to work survey. One of the freeform questions was "What is the one thing you would like to see changed at Bank Of America?". My first remark was " Only one? " and listed 4 or 5 things. Number 1 on the list was RTO.
I’m am ripping them to shreds on this survey
I have never seen a manager fired for a low employee engagement score.
I have never seen a manager promoted for a high employee engagement score.
I'm not clear why they bother. Yes, I've seen some changes as a result of the survey but they never fix any leadership problems or make an example of the people who take care of their teams.
All employee surveys here are perfunctory and the true results are never shared.
